Torrefazione Paradiso is a historic Italian artisan coffee roastery, founded in 1964 and now run by the third generation of a family deeply passionate about coffee. Located in Emilia-Romagna, a region renowned worldwide for its culinary excellence and rich food traditions, Torrefazione Paradiso embodies the best of Italian craftsmanship.

The roastery has always celebrated the Italian espresso tradition, combining artisanal precision with meticulous roasting to bring out the unique flavors of each plantation, terroir, and variety. The result is blends and single-origin coffees with authentic character, delivering a consistently superior taste experience, both in classic Italian espresso blends and specialty coffees.

For over 20 years, the company has also specialized in Private Label Coffee, creating custom blends and fully personalized packaging (360° solutions) for new brands, resellers, chains, and cafés, including small production runs.

The composition

Each coffee is roasted individually to enhance its taste and the beans are very homogeneous to the eye, the combination of washed arabica coffees and a natural Brazil create a perfect combination with the Indian Parchment canephora specie.

The following coffees are included in the blend: 70% Arabica (Ethiopia Sidamo, Colombia Huila, Guatemala Antigua, Brazil Cerro Alto, Uganda Bugisu) and 30% canephora (India Parchment)

In the cup

In espresso it has a persistent hazelnut-colored cream with a fine texture, a good body and hints of orange peel, cocoa beans, walnut and licorice, it could be defined as a coffee that is both sweet and complex at the same time.

Recommended blend for espresso and moka.



La Perla Nera Blend was created to meet the needs of those who want an intense and creamy coffee, all starting from high quality coffee; ideal especially for the hotel and restaurant sector where due to the waiting times after the preparation of the espresso the crema could vanish, with La Perla Nera this problem does not exist because the combination of coffees inside it give a very compact cream in espresso and persistent.

The composition

The following coffees are included in the blend: 60% Arabica (Colombia Huila, Guatemala Antigua, Brazil Mogiana, Honduras) and 40% canephora (India Parchment and a fine African Robusta)

In the cup

In espresso it has an important dark cream with a fine texture, a good body and hints of bitter cocoa and spices. Recommended blend for espresso and moka.



Our Eticologico 100% Arabica blend is certified organic, composed of 100% Arabica mountain specialty coffees sourced from our select supply chain: Peru Finca San Juan, Honduras Finca Santa Teresa.
Individually roasted to enhance their aromatic notes and blended to achieve an ideal balance for espresso and moka pot extractions.
