Our mission is to delight the most discerning palates by artfully preparing exquisite creations that leave lasting memories for those who indulge in them.
Our pastry shop is located in Pescocostanzo (AQ), in the Abruzzo region, which is recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, nestled in the Appennines at an elevation of 1,400 meters above sea level. The characteristic low temperatures of the village create an ideal environment for the nearly continuous processing of various products, particularly chocolate.
Our product offerings encompass a wide array af options, including fresh pastries - both classic and modern- dry and traditional pastries, leavened products including panettone, and an assortment of cakes. Additionally, we provide an exquisite selection of chocolates, pralines, and creations handcrafted from sugar paste.
All of our products are meticulously handcrafted. With the exception of the fresh items, each product is formulated to ensure a minimum shelf life of six months while preserving its artisanal qualities, and without the use of additives or chemical preservatives.
We are dedicated to customization, enabling us to create offerings that align with the specific tastes and preferences of our customers.

The Tartufi boast a crisp exterior and a creamy center, while the Napolitains are delicate sheets of single-origin chocolate. Our selection ranges from the classic variety, with raisins and candied orange, to dark chocolate, and even distinctive options like black truffle with berries.
Traditional Italian biscuits

Traditional Italian biscuits, prepared with simple yet high-quality ingredients, hand-cut or hand-shaped according to traditional methods. We offer a wide assortment, from classic shortbread and ladyfinger biscuits to contemporary varieties enriched with chocolate or caramel creams. We also produce a line of natural biscuits, crafted with gluten-free and lactose-free flours, as well as options that contain no animal-derived ingredients.
