Maria Gava Azienda Agricola is a female entrepreneurship farm founded 8 years ago, starting from an old family estate, located nearby Venice in Italy.
The farm has 7 hectares planted with Glera grapes which Maria Gava personally manages. Her goal is to produce healthy grapes from healthy plants, respecting their biological cycle.
She makes Prosecco DOCG sparkling in Extra Brut, Brut, Extra Dry versions and Bianco Frizzante 'Col Fondo'.
Wine’s name is Terre del Cima in homage to the middle age’s painter, Cima da Conegliano, who lived in these places and impressed in his painting the beauty of this landscape.

Distinguished by intensity and finesse of the bouquet expressing white flowers, particularly acacia and freshly picked fruits, such as crisp apple and white pear. A slight vegetal nuance is also picked up, evoking Mediterranean spices.
