We are an innovative Italian startup reshaping the wine and spirits experience with a premium and alcohol-free alternative — 100% Made in Italy.
Our alcohol-free wines are crafted through traditional vinification methods and are aged in wooden barrels to preserve their authentic character. Using an advanced dealcoholisation process, we gently remove the alcohol, without compromising the wine’s taste, aroma, or structure.
Alongside our wines, we recently expanded our catalogue by including NOAH, an exclusive line of alcohol-free herbal distillates as well as a selection of Kombucha, Introfoods and Torti, a diverse offering that caters to every palate. We also introduce Amàrico, a refined proposal of bitters with cherry and grapefruit or orange and lemon variants.
All of our products are entirely alcohol-free and proudly Made in Italy.

It is then subjected to a meticulous dealcoholization process that preserves the bold flavors and character typical of traditional red wines.
With great attention to detail, Cromantico reveals a deep ruby-red hue and a rich, complex bouquet, unfolding layers of dark berries, cherries, and a subtle hint of oak.

Orizon
Orizon is a dealcoholized sparkling white wine born from carefully selected white grape varieties. This sparkling wine undergoes a gentle dealcoholization process that preserves its fresh and refreshing character.
Orizon opens with a citrusy burst of floral notes and green apple aromas, leading to a crisp, clean, and well-balanced palate, enhanced by fine bubbles.

Calispera
Calispera captures the spirit of celebration as a dealcoholized sparkling rosé wine that blends elegance with vibrancy.
Crafted from carefully selected red grapes, this sparkling rosé undergoes a precise dealcoholization process to preserve the bright, fruity character traditionally associated with rosé wines. The result is a graceful peach-pink hue with a persistent sparkle that immediately catches the eye.
Its bouquet is composed by strawberries, raspberries, and delicate floral undertones.

Amàrico

Amàrico ORIGINALE is made using a carefully balanced infusion of fruits, barks, and roots. This rich base is enhanced with a selection of premium botanicals, including Sicilian oranges, Calabrian I.G.P. lemons, artemisia absinthium, gentian, peach, and rhubarb.
