Raw fabric inspection is a crucial step to ensure the final quality of the product. Raw fabrics, which have not yet been finished, are carefully examined by our team of skilled menders to detect and correct any defects.
Full Finished Garment Inspection and Metal Detector Inspection
We specialize in finished garment inspection. Our service includes a thorough check of seams, fit, measurements, and every other crucial detail to ensure a flawless final product. We also use Metal Detector to detect any metallic in the fabrics.
Mending and Handloom
The Controlnet mending department stands out for its highly skilled team, composed mainly of women, whose sensitivity and precision ensure top-quality work. Thanks to their experience and expert hands, we correct imperfections on all types of fabrics.
Handloom work is one of the key strengths of our mending department: a highly specialized service that allows the creation of fabric variations from a single base, by adding effects or modifying existing weaves. Each process is carried out with care and artisanal precision, preserving both quality and uniqueness.
Quality Certifications
Our certification procedures are carried out according to international standards. Thanks to our TUV, GRS, RAF and GOTS certifications, we ensure that every fabric meets the highest criteria of quality, traceability, and sustainability throughout the entire production process. Furthermore, if a potential defect is identified, it is possible to have the defect photographed along with the fabric mapping directly on the client's company private portal.
Recovery of Fabrics and Finished Garments
Thanks to the use of special needles and advanced techniques, we are able to restore damaged or imperfect garments while maintaining the original quality of the fabric. This allows us to correct any defects without compromising the beauty and integrity of the garment, ensuring a flawless result.
