Since 1999, on the back of many years’ experience in the field of seals and supply of industrial spare parts, ESA Srl, with its flexible set-up, is able to satisfy the needs of all medium/large-scale plants.
In 2004, ESA launched its production of Energized Seals - at first made with toroidal springs and then in 2005 introducing its “finger-springs".
We are an innovative manufacturer in constant search for solutions to enhance our lines and the materials used. Our flexible and streamlined organizational structure allows for speedy quotations and order processing.
Every stage of the design and manufacturing process is carried out in the Marnate (VA) - Italy plant.
Our goal is to provide customer satisfaction with our high-quality products, fast and dedicated customer service and technical support, both during and after sales.

ENERGIZED SEALS FOR OIL & GAS Industy
SEALS FOR OIL & GAS VALVES
Our range of products is suitable for temperature ranging from -196° C to 300° C, Pressure ranging from 0 to 1500 Bar for ANSI 150 to 2500 and API 2000 to 15000. Diameters can vary from a minimum of 15 mm up to max of 2300 mm.
We can produce also tailor made lip selas for not standard sizes or cross sections.
ESA S.r.l. has a system of quality management certified by Dasa-Rägister SpA for the ‘Design and production of spring energized seals’ in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2008 and can certify its products according to Norsok M-710 standards. All seals can be supplied according to ISO 15848-1 Low Fugitive Emission, Shell MSE 77-312 specifications.
