We are master bakers and fermentation lovers.

We craft our products with head and heart, but we also like to take life lightly. Because let’s face it, with a pinch of irony (and a crust that’s just the right amount of crunchy), everything tastes better.

We were born with the scent of grains on our skin, but one day we realized we needed a change: the same old products, the same old rules, the same non-stop openings 7 days a week… it just wasn't for us anymore. We chose to put more value on time, on people, and on things made with care.

And while we bake fresh ideas every day, we have also shaped a new company philosophy: we want to be a benchmark for well-being and respect in the HoReCa world.

Because work, just like bread, must nourish, not just fill the days.
