Description of what we do:

Ventilated Facades
Designed to protect buildings, whether new or renovated, from atmospheric and environmental conditions. These multi-layered construction solutions enable dry installation of cladding elements, ensuring high aesthetic quality. The air cavity between the wall and the cladding creates a chimney effect, activating effective natural ventilation that removes heat and humidity, enhancing indoor comfort. Using an appropriate insulating mat further improves energy performance. Porcelain stoneware is ideal for ventilated facades due to its light weight, technical properties, low maintenance, and resistance to expansion, absorption, and corrosion.

Continuous Facades
Known as "curtain walls," these uninterrupted claddings are made from lightweight materials, such as glass, which act as an external protective layer without bearing the building's structural load. Instead, they support their own weight and wind pressure, transferring loads to the main supporting structure. These facades can be designed for resistance to air and water infiltration, seismic movements, wind pressure, and optional features like fire resistance or bulletproof capabilities.

Solid Surface
MB Service specializes in installing Krion, a high-resistance mineral and resin composite exclusively provided by Grupo Porcelanosa. With a smooth, warm surface, Krion resembles natural stone and offers durability, minimal maintenance, and high weather resistance. It is used for facades, external surfaces, kitchens, and interior furnishings.
