Sadafè is an olive oil mill located in Rimini, Italy, specializing in the production of both organic and conventional extra virgin olive oil. We also operate an in-house laboratory dedicated to crafting preserves and jams using exclusively Italian, local, seasonal raw materials without chemical additives. We place a strong commitment to providing safe and reliable products to our customers for this reason each product undergoes certified analyses and self-monitoring, overseen by pharmacist Dr. Federica Dolci, ensuring unique flavors and authenticity.
Currently, we sell our products through our e-commerce platform as well as in major large-scale retail (GDO) stores across Italy. This dual-channel distribution strategy allows us to reach a broad customer base while maintaining a direct relationship with consumers.
With a vision for expansion, we are actively seeking collaborations with distributors of Italian products abroad to further develop our international market presence. By partnering with specialized retailers, we aim to bring the excellence of our olive oils and preserves to a global audience.
In addition to retail presence, we also offer guided tours of our olive mill in Rimini, providing visitors with insights into the production process and the craftsmanship behind our products. These experiences conclude with tastings of our seasonal, zero-kilometer delicacies, suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and children.

Organic Tomato Sauce [100% italian]
INGREDIENTS: organic tomato.
Tomato origin: Italy/ Emilia- Romagna.
WEIGHT: 430 g
PROCEDURE: tomato from only Emilia-Romagna farms, certified organic. Within 12h of harvesting it arrives at our laboratory. It undergoes thorough washing and sorting, followed by cooking and extraction. The product is then bottled without the addition of chemical additives, only 100% tomato. Finally, pasteurization is carried out in a water bath.
RECOMMENDED BY OUR DOCTOR WHY: The combination of our tomato puree with our extra virgin olive oil is a real panacea. In fact, the lycopene contained in tomatoes, requires oil, fatty substances, to be extracted from the fibrous component of the tomato. Lycopene, now believed by numerous scientific studies to be a real protector against prostate cancer.

Organics Artichokes in Oil [100% italian]
INGREDIENTS: Organic whole artichokes, organic sunflower oil, organic extra virgin olive oil (10%), organic wine vinegar (sulfites), organic lemon, sea salt.
ARTICHOKES ORIGIN: ITALY ORGANIC FARMING
WEIGHT: 210 g
PROCEDURE: Our organic artichokes come from Italian organic farms and are peeled one by one by hand using a secret process. Inserted in the jar to compose a mosaic, finally put in oil, with the addition of our extra virgin olive oil.
RECOMMENDED BY OUR DOCTOR BECAUSE: Artichokes are an iron-rich food, excellent in oil as an appetizer or salad dressing to make them tastier.
RECIPE: preparation of an artichoke bruschetta: take some bread and cut it into slices. Once it has become crispy place some sliced mozzarella cheese and our artichokes to season it.

Spicy Mushroom [100% italian]
INGREDIENTS: Champignon mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), Sunflower seed oil, Sadafè “Il Casanova” extra-virgin olive oil (10 percent), White wine vinegar (sulfites), Salt, Dried chili pepper, Dried parsley.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
ORIGIN: Italian mushrooms (Cesena, FC).
NET WEIGHT: 300 g
PROCEDURE: Wash, sort and process the mushrooms. Blanched in water, salt and vinegar. Drained, seasoned with parsley and chili pepper and potted with the addition of the addition of oil. Finally, pasteurization with temperature control.
RECOMMENDED BY OUR DOCTOR WHY: Our Champignon mushrooms are grown in the Cesena area, the short supply chain allows the properties of the raw material to remain intact. This type of mushroom contains Chitin, a substance that helps strengthen the immune system as well as being rich in protein. The unique recipe with which we have produced our mushrooms makes them slightly spicy but does not cover the aroma of the raw material. It goes well with high-quality cured meats, mayonnaise and summer pasta dishes.

Caramelized Figs [100% italian]
INGREDIENTS: Italian figs (70%), sugar, lemon.
FIG ORIGIN: ITALY/EMILIA-ROMAGNA/RONCOFREDDO (FC).
WEIGHT: 270 g
PROCEDURE: Our figs come from farms in Romagna that carefully and sacrificially harvest them one by one by hand. Once the very fresh raw material arrives at our workshop, we subject them to sorting and washing. Then the magic happens: a 12h slow cooking in a pot that keeps all the characteristics of the fruit under vacuum, to enclose our Romagna in the jar.
RECOMMENDED BY OUR DOCTOR WHY: Figs should be consumed in moderation, but they are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals.
RECIPE: How to use them? alas, caramelized figs are good in everything from cheeses to boiled meats, desserts and rich breakfasts
