Since 1979, Mielizia is the brand that has represented the beekeepers of Conapi, who collect the finest Italian honey, pollen, royal jelly and propolis from Piedmont to Sicily.
Combining the Italian words for honey (miele) and delight (delizia), the name Mielizia sums up all the goodness and wholesomeness of our honeys: a cornucopia of tastes that conjure up the loveliest locations in Italy, where bees collect fragrant nectar to make into countless exquisite honeys. All our beekeepers deliver their best harvests to the company, in Monterenzio in the Bolognese hills, where the packing process can begin.

Only after careful testing of freshness and quality, Mielizia honeys are ready to be packed. This stage avails of a gentle process designed to respect the honey’s organoleptic and nutritional properties, preserving all the original aromas and flavours, which differ from one area to another and are as perfect as nature intended.

Mielizia's Organic Line represents a commitment to purity, quality, and environmental sustainability. Drawing on the expertise of over 600 Italian beekeepers, Mielizia offers a diverse range of products that go far beyond traditional honey, all certified organic to guarantee an authentic and wholesome experience.

Organic Honey and Bee Products
At the heart of the line are the monoflora and wildflower honeys, such as Acacia, Linden, and Wildflower. These organic honeys are sourced from specific Italian regions and are processed at low temperatures (never exceeding 40°C, the natural temperature of the beehive) to fully preserve their aromatic profile and nutritional properties. The commitment to organic principles extends to other hive treasures, including propolis, pollen and royal jelly.
The Mielizia Organic Line has expanded to include a variety of complementary, naturally sweetened products:
Fruit Spreads: made with high-quality Italian organic fruit, prepared without added pectin and exclusively sweetened with honey or grape sugar, highlighting the natural flavour of the fruit.
Organic Biscuits (Frollini): These biscuits are baked using organic ingredients and are naturally sweetened with Mielizia’s own honey.
Food Supplements line offers convenient energy mixes and supplements, combining honey, pollen, and royal jelly, ideal for athletes or for a daily boost of natural energy.
