Bolcato Stefano Group S.r.l., based in Arzignano (Vicenza), in the heart of the Veneto leather district, has been operating in the industrial sector since 1993, with consolidated expertise in the manufacture of wooden drums for tanneries and in maintenance services.
We specialize in the production of custom-made wooden drums, designed according to each customer’s specific production requirements. We manufacture drums up to 5,000 x 5,000 mm, with crowns up to 4,000 mm, using high-quality African timber.
In addition to our specialized in-house woodworking department, we have a fully equipped mechanical workshop and a metalworking department, allowing us to directly manage production, repairs and maintenance activities.
We provide a comprehensive maintenance service, both at tanneries and in our in-house workshop, through teams of qualified technicians able to carry out routine, extraordinary and emergency interventions.
Our main services include:
Maintenance: maintenance of wooden drums and machinery for the tanning industry, repair, overhaul and refurbishment of motors, gearboxes, pumps and components, in-house electrical assistance, and maintenance of machinery and systems for wastewater treatment.
Refurbishment: complete refurbishment of wooden drums and machinery for the tanning industry, aimed at restoring performance, functionality and operational efficiency.
Woodworking: production of custom-made wooden drums and tailor-made wooden products, structures and components.
Metalworking: production, repair and modification of metal structures and components, as well as custom metal fabrication.

Bolcato Stefano Group S.r.l. provides maintenance, repair and refurbishment services for tanning drums and tannery machinery, mechanical components, and equipment used in wastewater treatment systems.
Our services include the repair and overhaul of motors, gearboxes, pumps, gears and supports, as well as the replacement of worn or damaged parts. We also carry out maintenance on the wooden drum body and related systems, with in-house electrical support.
