DINO LIMITI

We are located in Marino, historic town sourrounded by vineyards in the South of Rome in the hearth of Castelli Romani area.
Company handed down from father to son for 4 generations, our vineyards are located on the Castelli Romani hills.
We produce artisan wines from international grapes like Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon, Pinot White, Pinot Grey grown on volcanic soils.
We are low intervention winery, our wines are the right expression of each vintage and of that parti-cular harvest, we take care of the whole production process from growing the vines to the bottling.
It currently produces approximately 30,000 bottles of wine per year.
Our wines are wines of great character and personality, reviewed by the best wine guides.

Alcoholic fermentation: In vitrified cement in maceration
contact with the skins for 20 days in order to extract the aroma.
Malolactic fermentation: Carried out.
Aging: Stainless steel 8 months, passage in Allier oak barrels
for 6 months and then in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep and concentrated ruby red.
Aroma: Pulpy fruity impact, berries, balsamic and tobacco .
Taste: Structured, soft, persistent, full bodied.
Serving temperature: To be served at 20° in large glasses for
structured red wines.
