Grape blend: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Alicante Bouschet.

Harvest period: Third decade of September.

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24 °C for 20 days.

Aging: The Alicante Bouschet portion only is aged for 10 months in French oak barriques.

Bottling: October following the harvest, with a further 4 months of bottle aging.

Deep ruby red color with violet hues.

Bouquet: Notes of black cherry, plum, and spices.

Palate: Excellent correspondence with the nose, well-structured and elegant.

Vinification: The grapes are processed using the saignée method, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C for 20 days.

Aging: Subsequent bottle aging for 2 months.

Bright, pale pink color.

Bouquet: Delicate floral notes of rose, small red berries, and citrus.

Palate: Fragrant, fresh, and refined.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Winemaking: The wine is preserved and undergoes malolactic fermentation in the same vessels, with frequent bâtonnage. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by aging on the lees for a minimum of nine months. Remuage and dégorgement are then carried out, followed by further bottle aging.

Vinification: Gentle pressing followed by fermentation in concrete vats at a controlled temperature, and subsequent malolactic fermentation. Maceration on the skins for 20 days.
Appearance: Deep ruby red with purplish hues.
Aromas: Pronounced notes of blackberry and black cherry, with balsamic and chocolate nuances.
Tasting notes: Soft on entry, with good structure and pleasant persistence.
Serving temperature: 18 °C.
