Two-way communication system for refuge areas, with interactive display to facilitate calling for help and maintaining calm while waiting. The device is plug-and-play, requiring only a 220V power connection and GSM signal coverage (cell phone). If installed in an area without GSM signal coverage, the COMM001/AE model can be used to remotely position the antenna in an area with signal coverage. The system is equipped with a 24-hour call center to receive emergency calls, which automatically geolocates the device, acquires the necessary information, and transmits it directly to the fire department.
