CERTIFIED ORGANIC WINE

Made from carefully selected, hand-harvested Procanico (Trebbiano Toscano) grapes, our limited-production IGP Lazio Bianco is a true expression of our volcanic terroir.

At just 12% ABV, it is fresh, crisp, and beautifully elegant, with vibrant aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate, pronounced minerality and a delicate saline note reflect the distinctive character of the volcanic soils from which our grapes grow.

Versatile and wonderfully food-friendly, it is the perfect companion for aperitifs, fresh pasta, white meats, and, above all, seafood.

An authentic expression of our volcanic land, crafted through certified organic viticulture.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC WINE
Crafted from carefully selected, hand-harvested Procanico (Trebbiano Toscano) grapes, our 2022 IGP Lazio Bianco is a distinctive expression of the volcanic terroir of the Castelli Romani.

With 12.5% ABV, this vintage has gained depth and structure through time in the bottle, while retaining its elegant character. Aromas of ripe melon mingle with delicate citrus notes, leading to a well-rounded, layered palate defined by pronounced minerality and a subtle saline finish.

Elegant, distinctive, and wonderfully food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with seafood, savoury pasta dishes, white meats, and appetizers.
An authentic expression of our volcanic land, crafted through certified organic viticulture.
