Module inclination, module height and distance between the lamellas that make up the MODULpack ENDEVION can be adapted to any specific need. Different operating conditions require specific solutions, paying particular attention to the relationship between process capacity and available surface.
The equidistant profiles of ENDEVION lamellas precisely define the length of the sedimentation path and allow maximum solids separation efficiency.
ENDEVION lamella show their reliability even in overloaded circular tanks, allowing further expansion of the systems even when there is no additional space in existing plants.
These solutions increase the sedimentation surface and thus improve the capacity of the system.

COMPONENTS FOR COOLING TOWERS, FILLS 12 or 19
ENDEVION S.r.l. designs and manufactures industrial components for cooling towers.
ENDEVION (COOLpack) fills are made primarily of polypropylene (more noble than traditional PVC, produced without the use of glues or chemicals, thus preventing the crystallization of the material over time, typical of PVC) and are designed to dramatically increase the contact surface between the warm water descending and the cooler air rising through the tower. This increased surface area allows for greater evaporation and, consequently, more effective cooling of the water.
The ENDEVION product range for evaporative cooling towers includes fill packs (COOLpack) in three versions (counter-flow, vertical-flow and cross-flow fill).
The high cooling capacity of ENDEVION film-type fills is achieved due to their well-known cross-fluted structure. This structure allows an intensive mix of cooling water and air flow which is the pre-requisite for high cooling performance together with the specific surface area of the fill. ENDEVION vertical fluted fill types minimize deposits on the surface and are even more resistant to clogging of the channels.

DRIFTPACK
ENDEVION modular PP or PVC drift eliminators offer high separation efficiency and are suitable for small and medium sized evaporative towers. The drift eliminator made of lamella profiles is usually preferred for large or natural draft evaporation towers.
All these drift eliminators are certified.
