Nestled in the heart of Calabria, a land renowned for its exceptional olive oils, our organic farm is rooted in a deep connection to the land and a family tradition passed down through generations. We have always cultivated our olive groves with passion and respect for nature, following organic methods that preserve the authenticity and genuineness of our extra virgin olive oil (EVO).
Every stage of production is carefully overseen: from the harvest, entrusted to the experience of the family head, to the processing, carried out with dedication by the daughters together with their mother.
Our oil tells our story—one of family, territory, and love for what the land provides us every day. We like to think that our EVO is unique in its simplicity, as it is the result of our passion and commitment to carefully preserving all the flavor and essence of our tradition, while combining it with the youthful energy of our relatively young company.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
he company offers two distinct types of extra virgin olive oil.
The first is Ottobratica, a typical Calabrian cultivar appreciated for producing an oil with a delicate, fruity, and harmonious flavor. Its color is generally golden yellow with green reflections, more or less intense depending on the ripeness of the olives at harvest time. On the palate, it is delicate and well balanced, ideal for those who prefer softer, non-aggressive flavors. It presents a medium fruitiness with fresh notes reminiscent of freshly picked olives, sometimes accompanied by hints of grass, almond, and artichoke. It is an elegant, rounded oil that enhances dishes rather than overpowering them, making it perfect both for raw use and cooking. It is also an excellent ally for health thanks to its high polyphenol content and very low acidity level, below 0.2%. This oil brings wellness and authentic, unique flavors to the table.
The second is Ciciarello, an oil with a bright green color and golden reflections, distinguished by its balanced bitterness and pleasantly spicy notes. Harvested at the optimal time, the olives are processed within a few hours using cold extraction in order to preserve their aromas, freshness, and quality to the fullest. On the nose, it opens with a medium-to-intense fruitiness, while on the palate it is bold and persistent, with a harmonious balance between a well-defined bitterness and a pleasant spicy sensation. It is ideal for enhancing dishes when used raw, especially alongside red meats and roasts. It is also perfect on rustic bruschetta and warm bread, where its herbaceous aromas and strong personality are fully expressed. It pairs naturally with slightly bitter vegetables such as chicory and broccoli. Finally, it finds its highest expression in Mediterranean cuisine, where a few high-quality ingredients are elevated by an oil capable of adding structure, character, and persistence.
