With more than 150 years of history, Pimar Limestone is known for its unique tradition in the manufacturing of Italian limestone. Pimar activities, carried out by the Marrocco family, include the extraction of stone blocks from 40 hectares of quarries in the heart of Salento, Puglia. Pimar is the only sector company that achieved the CE mark for ist products, in addition to have been selected by the 2nd Eurispes National Report as one of the hundred Italian excellence companies. Pimar is known for its unique tradition in the manufacturing of limestone, and while it is loyal to its tradition and its history rooted in the past, it is capable of engaging brilliant experimentations; a productive process that for four generations has embodied the essence of Italian manufacturing skills applied to the treatment of a millenary stone.
