Roner Distillerie

Roner S.p.A. Distillerie – Alpine Distilling Excellence since 1946

Founded in 1946 in Termeno, in the heart of South Tyrol, Roner S.p.A. Distillerie is today one of the most prestigious names in Italian distillation. Born from Gottfried Roner’s vision, the company has transformed an ancient tradition into a modern enterprise, while maintaining a strong connection to the land and the highest quality raw materials.

From the beginning, Roner stood out for producing high-quality grappas, later complemented by fruit distillates, liqueurs, and innovative specialties. Inspiration comes from the richness of South Tyrol: carefully selected fruits, aromatic herbs, and wild berries are crafted with care to preserve their natural aromas. Even today, the quality of raw materials remains the foundation of every product.

With over 75 years of experience and four generations involved, Roner combines tradition and innovation through cutting-edge technologies and a commitment to excellence. Distillation is treated as a true art form: a precise and rigorous process that extracts and enhances every aromatic nuance, ensuring elegant, authentic, and distinctive spirits.

Today, the company is led by sisters Karin and Gudrun Roner, who continue the family legacy by strengthening the brand’s international presence and developing new product categories, including references for contemporary mixology and alcohol-free alternatives. This dynamic vision has enabled Roner to succeed both in traditional channels and in innovative markets.

The portfolio spans six main worlds: fruit distillates, grappas, liqueurs, mixology products, specialties, and alcohol-free alternatives. Each line reflects the company’s core values: family, origin, quality, passion, and taste.

Roner is internationally recognized for its high standards, winning numerous awards at major industry competitions. Its consistent presence on the podium and the title of “Italy’s most awarded distillery” confirm both its expertise and its ability to compete in global markets.

Thanks to a flexible structure oriented toward export, Roner is a reliable partner for distributors, retailers, and Ho.Re.Ca. operators, offering distinctive products that convey the authenticity of the Italian alpine territory through a unique sensory experience.

Distilled from a blend of top-quality pomace and aged for at least 18 months in wooden barrels, La Gold was awarded International Grappa of the Year ISW 2019 and Spirits Selection Revelation 2020, representing one of Roner’s highest expressions of distilling craftsmanship.

The careful maturation in selected oak barrels enhances and makes its aromatic profile particularly distinctive, reflecting the true essence of Alto Adige grappa.

Gottfried Roner dreamed of creating a new taste: a burst on the palate, a unique sensory experience with rich notes of vanilla, spices, and licorice.

Perfect paired with 61% dark chocolate, aromatic and delicate, or with salmon.

Williams n.1 – The Original from South Tyrol
The king of Roner distillates and Italy’s most awarded distillery, Fruit Brandy of the Year ISW 2014.

Carefully selected Williams-Christ pears are double-distilled in bain-marie stills, giving this brandy a full-bodied taste and exceptional quality.

It offers a delicate and authentic Williams-Christ pear aroma, with rich notes of ripe pear and a subtle bitter hint reminiscent of the seeds. On the palate, it is gentle, harmonious, and finishes with an elegant aftertaste.

Perfect with cheeses and desserts.

A unique distilled dry gin where Mediterranean citrus notes meet alpine and pre-alpine herbs, perfectly complemented by the balsamic aroma of Swiss pinecones.

Fresh pinecones, rich in sap, are infused and then distilled in a small copper still, preserving their pure essence.

Classic juniper notes blend with yarrow, violet root, and gentian root, creating a complex and harmonious profile.

A gin reminiscent of a walk through a mountain forest: pure, aromatic, and enveloping.

A new era of Amaro: innovative and youthful. K32 elegantly combines many traditional alpine herbs into a balanced and surprising harmony. Produced in Termeno by Roner, Italy’s most awarded distillery, it represents a modern take on Italian amaro.

The skillful blend of herbs results in a full yet approachable bitter taste, with a pleasant sweetness, roundness, and captivating aromas.

On the nose, traditional alpine meadow notes of chamomile and lemon balm emerge, followed by robust forest scents, including juniper, gentian, and the pleasant bitterness of licorice.

Ideal for those who enjoy an after-dinner amaro, K32 is an absolute must-try.

Original elderflower liqueur from South Tyrol, perfect for the HUGO—the classic South Tyrolean aperitif. Crafted according to a special recipe by Roner, Italy’s most awarded distillery.

In the Alpine tradition, springtime calls for the preparation of aromatic elderflower syrup. Roner transforms this heritage into Holler Sambo, a fresh and fruity liqueur for those who love unique flavors.

Its bouquet is fresh and fragrant, dominated by floral elderflower notes. A delight to enjoy on its own, it also mixes beautifully in cocktails, particularly spritz-based drinks, and is ideal as an aperitif with prosecco.
