Salumificio San Carlo, in Ziano Piacentino (Emilia Romagna) since 1979, is in the charcuterie market both in Italy and in Europe. BRC, IFS, and ISO22001 certifications testify the high Quality and Food Safety standards guaranteed by the San Carlo brand.
Production was always focused on typical local products, as coppa and pancetta; today, among San Carlo top products, 3 DOP products can be found: Pancetta Piacentina, Coppa Piacentina and Salame Piacentino, offered both as whole pieces and pre-sliced. A complete line of pre-sliced products, ?Le Affettuose Piacentine?, meets consumer?s need for service products. With this target the new line ?Pronto?Prontissimo!? has just been launched, which associates pre-sliced salumi and fresh vegetables.
