Bizeta has been successfully operating since 1968 in the field of extrusion of thermoplastic polymers from a production facility of 7,000 sq.m.
With over 50 years’ experience in developing designs on plastic materials in many industrial sectors, we build winning synergies among formulation know-how, primary materials, die manufacture and profiles extrusion.
Interdisciplinary expertise, matched with specialization in all application fields, are a value we share with suppliers and customers alike, allowing us to cross-transfer knowledge and skills.
Having an in-depth knowledge of polymers means we can identify the best material for each application, and can optimize extrusion depending on its distinctive characteristics.
We give shape to polymeric materials in PVC, PVC foam, PP, LDPE, HDPE, HMW, ABS, PC, PMA, PA, TPE-V, POM, PBT, TPU, SBS and WPC PLA. The range of materials that can be extruded is expanding.
We liaise with our suppliers in developing special performance materials.
We are consistently and actively pushing the boundaries in the research and testing of advanced plastic materials.
