In doing so it combined the tradition of the age-old recipe with high quality, carefully selected ingredients, the experience of skilled professionals and the efficiency of cutting-edge technology. In addition to Monk's balsamic candies, Akellas also offers candies made with and without sugar, from the much-loved fruit classics to more original flavours such as coffee. Akellas has always only selected top quality raw materials to be cooked in its recipes. The candies are wrapped individually to preserve the flavour, packed in bags or in practical sticks and then checked to guarantee the end quality. Akellas exports its products in South Corea, Japan, Switzerland, Canada and Saudi Arabia.
