Net sewing machines are our core business, but not least are our testing equipments for net’s abrasion resistance and durability tests and for net’s breaking load tests. Our various equipments grant effective solutions to each Net Loft or Nets Manufacturer for a professional approach to the nets assembling.

ROPE MARKER CM3/B
Our Buraschi Rope Marker CM3/B is a special machine allowing to make measurements, two-color staining and hot cutting the ropes both straight and oblique, with great precision. The Buraschi Rope Marker CM3/B can be used with ropes of 8 mm diameter up to 25 mm (0.31 in up to 1.00 in) and allows, thanks to a sophisticated software program, to record and store a wide range of these executions and automatically repeat them as many times as you want. The cuts are made with absolute precision, and in a short time you will lower your working time considerably. You will also avoid different and inaccurate outcomes of measuring, marking and cutting your ropes.

DYNA 300 DP dynamometer
Handy dynamometer for checking the strength of the nets.
The purpose of this instrument is to check the nets once they have been used for a long time in the seawater. Usually, in these conditions the net deteriorates resulting in a loss of strength. This dynamometer is made of two parts, the tester for checking the strength connected to a display which shows the measurement.

Our BURASCHI MILA 200 WET is a professional and heavy duty machine suitable for abrasion resistance and durability testing. It is a unique equipment in the world market.
The long-term performance of the materials depends not only on physical and chemical degradation processes, but also on the mechanical abrasion resistance. Different kind of testing for abrasion resistance and for durability can be simulated with our special machine BURASCHI MILA 200 WET on a wide range of materials: net, rope, belt, canvas or others. We simulated similar condition as in the sea with waves or in other situations like rubbing corners or obstacles. Every material can be tested on this machine for an abrasion resistance and durability inspection. Furthermore, to our knowledge, there are not specific rules regarding how to make the abrasion and resistance testing. Therefore our customer can choose to use its own parameters in order to obtain a clear evaluation of the reliability or not of the material to be tested.
