The Italy AgTech Roadshow 2024 proudly presented 15 distinguished manufacturers of agricultural machinery and equipment from Italy. This event spanned across Ontario (Bradford, St. Catharines, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls, Kitchner, Waterloo, Woodstock) and Quebec (Montreal, St-Thomas de Joliette, Saint-Hyacinthe, Granby, Saint-Martine, Ormstown, St-Michel) offering these innovators a platform to showcase their cutting-edge solutions. The featured companies excel in a diverse range of products, including specialized and compact tractors, turf equipment, implements and attachments, drive shafts, and other vital components for agricultural machinery and tractors. Their expertise extends to harvesting platforms, sprayers, flexible cables, haymaking equipment, orchard and vineyard tools, mowers, irrigation systems, mulchers, forklifts, and the design and production of advanced mechatronic solutions for agricultural applications. To engage with the manufacturers of these exceptional Italian technologies, visitors joined us at the Business Lounge at the Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show in Woodstock, Ontario on September 10th and 11th, 2024. Also at the Italy AgTech Roadshow, we enjoyed a successful aperitivo & networking event on September 10, 2024 from 5 PM until closing time. Visitors were able to learn about Italy's agricultural technology outlook and opportunities for Canadian farmers, and mingle with the Italian delegation.
Additional networking events were hosted by the Economic Development | Niagara Region, in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, on September 9, 2024 and by CLD de Brome-Missisquoi, in Cowansville, QC, on September 12, 2024.
During Italy AgTech Roadshow 2024, the CDP - Cassa Depositi and Prestiti's Business Matching platform was showcased, together with a webinar about the AgTech industry, taking place on September 24, 2024, followed by B2B meetings to start on September 30.
