Collective participation in trade fairs
Now in its 27th edition, the fair represents one of the most significant trade events in Bosnia and Herzegovina and, more broadly, in the entire Balkan region. With a multi-sector focus, particular attention is given to tourism and the agri-food supply chain, due to the strategic location of Mostar, the host city of the event.
In 2025, Italy participated in the fair as the Partner Country, and the ICE Agency organized a national pavilion featuring several companies from the supply chain.
This year as well, the main focus will be on the following sectors:
– Food products: Pasta and rice; sauces; oils; cheeses; meat; fish products; biscuits; cured meats; coffee; preserves and other food products;
– Food processing machinery: Machinery for the production of pasta; machinery for baking, pastry-making and biscuit production; machinery and equipment for the industrial processing of meat; machinery and equipment for the preparation or industrial production of food or beverages;
– HoReCa sector: Equipment and products for hotels and hospitality; equipment and products for restaurants; equipment and products for catering.
For the occasion, the ICE Agency is organizing a buyer mission with operators from neighboring countries to visit the Italian collective pavilion.
In last year’s edition, the fair covered an area of 30,000 m², with around 800 exhibitors from numerous countries, including Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey, Slovenia, as well as China, Hungary, and Germany. Based on available information, the annual number of visitors ranges between 40,000 and 50,000, mainly from countries in the Balkan area.

Partecipazione collettiva a fiere
Giunta alla sua 27^ edizione, rappresenta uno degli eventi fieristici più rilevanti in Bosnia-Erzegovina e, più in generale, nell’intera regione balcanica. Con un carattere multisettoriale, tuttavia, data la posizione strategica di Mostar, sede dell'evento, particolare attenzione viene dedicata al turismo e alla filiera agroalimentare.
Nel 2025 l’Italia ha partecipato alla fiera in qualità di Paese partner e l’Agenzia ICE ha organizzato un padiglione nazionale con diverse aziende della filiera.
Anche quest’anno il focus principale riguarderà i seguenti settori:
– Prodotti alimentari: Pasta e riso; Sughi; Oli; Formaggi; Carne; Prodotti ittici; Biscotti; Salumi; Caffè; Conserve e altri Prodotti Alimentari;
– Macchine per la produzione alimentare: Macchine per la fabbricazione di paste alimentari; Macchine per la panificazione, la pasticceria e la biscotteria; Macchine ed apparecchi per la lavorazione industriale delle carni; Macchine ed apparecchi per la preparazione o la fabbricazione industriale di alimenti o di bevande;
– Settore HoReCa: Attrezzature e prodotti per gli hotel e l’ospitalità; Attrezzature e prodotti per ristoranti; Attrezzature e prodotti per catering.
Per l’occasione, ICE Agenzia organizza una missione operatori da paesi limitrofi in visita alla collettiva italiana.
Nella edizione dello scorso anno, la fiera ha occupato un'area di 30.000 m², con circa 800 espositori provenienti da numerosi Paesi, tra cui Croazia, Serbia, Montenegro, Turchia, Slovenia, oltre che da Cina, Ungheria e Germania. In base alle informazioni disponibili il numero di visitatori annui oscilla tra i 40.000 e i 50.000, principalmente provenienti dai paesi dell'area balcanica.
