The Italian Trade Agency Canada organized a Canadian delegation to attend SANA 2023, the leading global event for organic agricultural products.

Boasting over 129,000 square metres and over 700 exhibitors, SANA has been the benchmark in the industry since 1998, focusing on excellence and innovation in certified organic food, natural cosmetics and a green lifestyle. 

The trade show took place in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, from September 7th to 9th, 2023. 

For this year's edition, ITA Canada led the largest delegation amongst ITA offices worldwide, with 11 executives representing Canadian companies operating in the organic food segment from across the country (Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta). Among them, companies operating in the HORECA of the metropolitan areas of Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. 

Over 70 B2B meetings took place during the event between our Canadian delegates and the Italian exhibitors.
