Expert advice on how to approach this market, including tender and subcontracting opportunities, and the activities of the Osservatorio gare e appalti for Italian companies were discussed.
According to Top100 Projects Canada, the top 15 largest Canadian projects in the rail sector are worth a total of over $105 billion CAD (approx. €71 billion), offering many opportunities for qualified Italian companies. Thanks to the CETA accord signed between the EU and Canada in 2017, it is now much easier for Italian companies to enter the Canadian market as a supplier or subcontractor.
