FI Europe 2026: Food Ingredients aus Italien auf der Messe in Frankfurt
Die Fi Europe (Food Ingredients Europe) ist die weltweit führende Fachmesse für die Lebensmittel- und Getränkezutatenindustrie. Sie fungiert als zentraler globaler Marktplatz für Entwickler, Einkäufer und Forscher, um innovative Inhaltsstoffe, funktionelle Rohstoffe und technologische Trends zu entdecken. Die Italienische Agentur für Außenhandel (ITA) organisiert auf der FI Europe einen Gemeinschaftsstand mit 11 italienischen Herstellern von Zulieferprodukten für die Lebensmittelindustrie und -verarbeitung, mit dem Ziel, die Marke "Made in Italy" weltweit zu fördern und den Unternehmen die Möglichkeit zu geben, ihre Produkte einem internationalen Fachpublikum vorzustellen. Die Aussteller des Gemeinschaftsstands präsentieren unter anderem: Getreide und Mehle, Pistazien, Mandeln und Nüsse, Essige, Gewürze, Fertig- und Halbfertigprodukte für Konditorei, Eisdiele und Gastronomie, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Salz.

FI Europe 2026: Food Ingredients from Italy at the Trade Fair in Frankfurt
Fi Europe (Food Ingredients Europe) is the world's leading trade fair for the food and beverage ingredients industry. It serves as a key global marketplace for developers, buyers and researchers to discover innovative ingredients, functional raw materials and emerging technological trends. The trade fair will take place from 17–19 November 2026 at the Frankfurt Exhibition Centre.
Fi Europe is considered the industry's most important B2B meeting point. Its key segments include:
• Fi (Food Ingredients): Traditional ingredients and formulation aids.
• Hi (Health Ingredients): Functional ingredients, vitamins and dietary supplements.
The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) is organising a joint pavilion featuring 11 Italian manufacturers of products and ingredients for the food industry and food processing sector at Fi Europe. The initiative aims to promote the "Made in Italy" brand worldwide and provide participating companies with the opportunity to showcase their products to an international professional audience.
The exhibitors at the Italian joint pavilion will present a wide range of products, including cereals and flours, pistachios, almonds and other nuts, vinegars, spices, ready-to-use and semi-finished products for confectionery, ice cream production and catering, dietary supplements, and salt.
