To Whom This May Concern,

Regarding the Sessions for the evaluation of the bids for the Global Startup Program, please notice that, due to complications caused by the current sanitary situation, the dates have changed as follows:

FORMER DATES:

– September 30th (Wed), at 10:00am => opening of the offers and envelope A “Documentation”;

– October 1st (Thu), at 12:00pm => deadline for the presentation of the correct documentation of envelope A; 

– October 1st (Thu), at 3:00pm => opening envelope B “Technical Bid”;

– October 5th (Mon), at 3:00pm => opening and checking of envelope C ”Economic Bid”.

NEW DATES:

– October 1st (Thu), at 10:00am => opening of the offers and envelope A “Documentation” (OPEN SESSION)

– October 1st (Thu), following the previous session => opening of envelope B “Technical Bid” (OPEN SESSION); 

– October 1st (Thu), following the previous session => Technical Bids evaluation (CLOSED DOOR SESSION);

-October 2nd (Fri), at 16:30pm  => opening and checking of envelope C ”Economic Bid” and final evaluation (OPEN SESSION)

Under the current sanitary circumstances, the candidates willing to participate in the open sessions can be connected online.
