New drugs in Kazakhstan to be registered using Eurasian Rules from July 1ALMATY. May 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan will switch from the national drugs registration system to the Eurasian Rules from July 1, 2021, Deputy Minister of Trade and Integration Zhanel Kushukova said.“In order to freely move in the EAEU market [Eurasian Economic Union], the drugs will now have to be registered according to the new Rules [for registration of drugs for medical use approved by Resolution No.78 of the Eurasian Economic Council dated November 3, 2016],” she said at a meeting of the Central Communications Service on Tuesday.The resolution was to have come into force on January 1, 2021 but was postponed for half a year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.Fonte: ICE ALMATY (INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN) (ICE ALMATY)
