Lithuania's economic sentiment indicator, which measures confidence in the economy among producers, consumers and investors, rose from minus 5.9 in March to minus 4.7 in April, the State Data Agency said on Friday.Services confidence rose from 2.1 to 7.3, construction confidence – from minus 6.8 to minus 5, trade confidence – from 3.2 to 5, and consumer confidence – from minus 0.7 to 0.2, crossing into the positive territory. Industrial confidence, however, went down from minus 15.4 to minus 17.3.Year-on-year, the composite indicator fell by 0.7 percentage points in April. Industrial confidence dropped 19.2 points whereas services confidence improved by 14.5 points, trade confidence – by 10.6 points, consumer confidence – by 8.7 points, and construction confidence – by 7.2 points.
