Kazakhstan's National Bank boosts 2026 oil price forecast to $90 per barrelKazakhstan's National Bank has raised its 2026 average price forecast for Brent crude to $90 per barrel, the regulator said Friday."Our updated baseline scenario assumes higher oil prices through the rest of this year, $90 a barrel,  compared with our previous forecast," the bank said in a statement.The forecast then sees prices gradually falling to $75 per barrel in 2027 and $65 in 2028.The bank had previously expected Brent to average $66.30 per barrel in 2026 and around $60 in subsequent years.Kazakhstan's Finance Ministry had said earlier it used a $60 per barrel oil price when drafting the 2026 state budget.
