The textile industry has been a constant and important part of Polish industry for several hundred years. However, according to the latest data from the Credit Information Bureau InfoMonitor, textile companies are struggling with debt, which totalled ca. PLN122m at the end of February 2024, while the number of such companies continues to decrease, falling to just over 9,400 in late February according to Dun & Bradstreet figures. (ICE VARSAVIA)
