The amount of cow's milk collected by dairy enterprises decreased by 0,9% in July compared with the same month of the previous year and increased by 3,0% in the January-July period compared with the same period of the previous year.In July, compared with the same month of the previous year, drink made of yoghurt (ayran) production increased by 16,3%, cheese production from cow's milk increased by 16,0%, butter production increased by 16,0% and yoghurt production increased by 14,4%; drinking milk production decreased by 19,8%.In the January-July period, while cheese production from cow's milk increased by 9,4%, drink made of yoghurt (ayran) production increased by 7,5% and yoghurt production increased by 2,3%; butter production decreased by 11,8% and drinking milk production decreased by 1,4% compared with the same period of the previous year.The amount of cow's milk collected by dairies, which was 866 thousand 632 tons in the previous month, decreased by 3,6% and became 835 thousand 773 tons in July. Drinking milk production, which was 105 thousand 140 tons in the previous month, decreased by 2,8% and became 102 thousand 203 tons in July.
