Chicken meat production was 194 thousand 912 tonnes, hen egg production was 1,68 billion units in july 2023.In July, hen egg production increased by 7,4%, chicken meat production increased by 3,3% and number of the slaughtered chicken increased by 1,1% while turkey meat production decreased by 11,4% compared with the same month of the previous year. In January-July period, hen egg production increased by 4,2%, chicken meat production decreased by 4,3%, number of the slaughtered chicken decreased by 7,5% and turkey meat production decreased by 8,7% compared with the same period of the previous year.Chicken meat production rose by 10,8% in July compared to the previous month and increased from 175 thousand 900 tonnes to 194 thousand 912 tonnes.Hen egg production rose by 6,2% in July compared to the previous month and increased from 1 billion 584 million 895 thousand units to 1 billion 682 million 907 thousand units.
