Dates for entry into force of documents regulating customs legal relations in EAEU are postponed by a year - EECThe dates for the entry into force of documents regulating customs legal relations in the Eurasian Economic Union have been moved, the press service of the Eurasian Economic Commission reported on Tuesday.“On March 26, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, at the proposal of the member states, changed the date of entry into force of a number of decisions of the Board regulating customs legal relations relating to the completion of the transit declaration, declaration of goods, as well as the application of structures and formats of certain customs documents from April 1, 2024 to April 1, 2025," the statement says.It is reported that “the postponement is due to the need to refine information systems and eliminate possible negative consequences for business, including delays in customs operations.” (ICE ALMATY)
