The Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry (ZPAV) has reported that in 2023, the value of music sales in Poland exceeded PLN671.5m, which represents an increase by 18.3% y/y and which puts Poland at position no. 18 in the ranking of the world’s largest music markets. As noted by the ZPAV, the upward trend is driven by digital sales, which already accounts for ca. 74 % of the total market. In 2023 Poles spent more than 16.5% on music in digital formats.
