The Central Statistical Office (GUS) has reported that in March 2024, new industrial orders declined by 22 percent y/y, following a decrease by 2.7 percent y/y in the preceding month, and by 1.1 percent m/m, following a decrease by 2.7 percent m/m in February. The figures released by the statistical office also show that in March, new export industrial orders fell by 21.7 percent y/y and by 0.1 percent m/m, compared with decreases by 3.2 percent y/y and 2.7 percent m/m in February respectively.
