Global airport consultant Changi Airports International (CAI) has formed a joint venture (JV) with Wuxi Sunan International Airport Group (Wuxi Airport Group), a wholly-owned company of the Wuxi Municipal People’s Government of China. The JV will manage five areas of the non-aeronautical business of Wuxi Shuofang International Airport (WUX) on an exclusive concessionary basis for 20 years. The five areas comprise retail, including duty-free shops, food and beverage, advertisement, car park and passenger services at the airport’s passenger terminals.
