The history of S.Z.TARTUFI began in Abruzzo in the mid-‘80s when
Pasquale and Ugo, originally truffle hunters, started what began as a
simple hobby and over the years grew into a fully established business.
A heritage developed over time, based on passion, respect for nature,
and a deep bond with the dog, defines the approach of S.Z. TARTUFI.
These values continue to guide the company’s growth, thanks to the
dedication of the new generations. Today, S.Z. TARTUFI is able to bring
truffle excellence to kitchens around the world, sharing its experience
