OMET srl was founded in 1979 with the production and marketing of eccentric presses.

The design ability of OMET technicians has supported the realization of machines always in constant evolution: when the technology merges with the artisan experience, the result is a guarantee of quality and high precision. Today OMET srl has a large production plant, in which all the product phases are completed, guaranteeing a totally made in Italy production: this allows a careful quality control of each individual component to guarantee the product.

This service has become so important over time that is in fact an autonomous business sector.
The products are marketed both directly and through dealers, in Italy as well as abroad.

OMET 300 ton
The OMET 300t press is of the mechanical type and is composed of a resistant structure with double upright, monolithic, in steel and is equipped with two connecting rods for the thrust.
The characteristics of the machine make it suitable for large-scale production. It gives a thrust of 3000 Kn, is composed of a 2200 x 1300 mm wide worktop and is equipped with a 4000 mm stroke. The OMET 300t can be configured with a variable speed from 10 to 30 strokes per minute, with molds up to 700 mm high. To obviate the need to reduce the time required for each setting of the machine, a software based on data already configured by default in the machine has been designed, which contain the working parameters of each stamp that allow a rapid mold change to reduce by 30 % times.
The touch screen interface is the key to the whole system; it guarantees both a quality experience for the operator on the machine and an immediate response input. Thanks to the high quality of the display, despite the dust and dirt that can accumulate over the years, the response time does not change. The press is equipped with an innovative identification system of the machine operator, in fact, thanks to the use of a key inserted in a specific access point, only for accessing the functions and the various levels of use. To ensure greater isolation from vibrations and therefore reduce noise pollution, the print is equipped with latest generation anti-vibration devices that allow to reduce the propagation of sound waves in the direction of other machinery, which could receive disturbances in processing.
