ALMEXT - Input Output Expansion

ALMEC I/O expansion modules are CANOpen®-based solutions that are cost-effective, modular, and easy to use for easily increasing the number of inputs and outputs in a system. The variants available in our product portfolio are adaptable to a wide range of applications. ALMEXT is an ECU designed for I/O expansion within CAN-BUS network systems, combining compact dimensions with robust performance. With support for up to 9 inputs and 8 outputs, and powered by a high-performance Cortex-M7 CPU, it’s suitable for both master and slave configurations. Built with safety in mind, it integrates an internal watchdog compliant with EN13849 standards, reaching up to Performance Level d (PLd). All I/O channels are protected against short-circuits, over-voltage, and over-current conditions. Encased in a rugged, waterproof housing, ALMEXT is ideal for demanding environments where reliability and durability are essential.
NEXUS Gateway

This IoT gateway is designed for seamless integration with the DIABOARD cloud portal, enabling secure data transmission and real-time connectivity. Equipped with geolocation and 4G LTE communication, it ensures reliable performance in the field, supported by an M2M multi-network SIM card for maximum coverage.
Connectivity is further enhanced through WiFi and Bluetooth, the latter allowing fast and intuitive device configuration. The unit features integrated antennas and guarantees encrypted communications to protect sensitive data.
Specifically designed for machines and equipment with CAN-bus networks, this rugged gateway is built to perform in demanding environments.
SPN5M - ECU

ALMEC PLCs, with a compact design, ensure flexibility, reliability, and safety for machine automation, offering simplicity and scalability for all needs. Ideal for systems installed in extreme environments, they allow machine condition monitoring, movement control, and safety. They are programmable in C language through open-source environments or using the ALMEClab platform (IEC 61131-3 standard).
The SPN5M is an ECU equipped with smart high-side MOSFETs, offering up to 16 inputs and 16 outputs.
Designed for easy and fast integration into a CAN BUS network as a SLAVE, supporting CANopen protocols.
Protected by a polyurethane resin case for maximum durability and reliability.
AL50RC - Radio Controller

ALMEC wired remote control keypads can be integrated as slaves in CAN-bus networks or serial networks.
They have been designed, developed, and manufactured for controlling various types of machines and for activating simple and complex functions of all kinds.
All keypads can be customized in terms of screen printing graphics and button configurations to best suit the machine's functionalities.
Their ergonomic design allows the operator a firm grip for safe and precise control, and for the models equipped, backlighting is available for use in low-light conditions.
AL50RC is designed for industrial lifting machines, material handling systems, and aerial platforms equipped with a CAN bus network and/or the RDC EVO receiver. It features a dual connection system, allowing both wired and radio communication for maximum flexibility and reliability. The interface can include up to two double-axle proportional joysticks, up to ten pushbuttons, and twelve LEDs, offering intuitive control and clear visual feedback. An emergency pushbutton with dry contacts ensures safety in critical situations. The layout is fully customizable, making it adaptable to a wide range of operational needs and user preferences.
ALNW.D - Wired remote controls

ALNW.D is specifically designed for control applications on machines and equipment equipped with a CAN BUS or SERIAL communication network. It features a 10-key backlit keypad with an integrated spotlight LED, ensuring visibility and ease of use in low-light environments. A graphic display provides clear and intuitive status feedback, making machine diagnostics straightforward and efficient. The emergency button with dry contacts enhances safety, while up to three side buttons allow for custom functions, such as duplicating key operations. The keyboard graphics can be tailored to match the specific machine application, offering full customization. Thanks to its spiral cable and rugged connector, the device can be positioned away from the equipment, optimizing space and installation flexibility.
