3P Plast is one of the most important Italian manufacturers of plastic injection-moulded products. Since its establishment in 1998, the company has gained a lot of experience in the plastic industry and has specialized in creating office chair kits and components, and products for the construction industry.
Our work has a great objective: respect and protect the environment.
During the years, 3P Plast has devoted itself to recycling plastics from industrial scraps and post-consumer material, to obtain new raw materials: pellets in Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (HDPE), which are either sold to other companies or used to manufacture our own articles.
Thanks to compounds we are able to create a wide range of ergonomic office chairs kits and components for operator, executive, multi-purpose and work-oriented chair models. Our chairs are comfortable, practical and environmental-friendly too.
Not only the materials but also the final products have an ecological purpose: 3P Plast Plasty-green grids respect the naturalness of the soil and protect it from vehicles, while making the transit easier; Kappax are ventilation systems alternative to brickworks which prevent the build-up of Radon gas, a natural but radioactive and carcinogenic gas.
We believe that human beings are deeply bond to the environment: we can destroy it or harmonize with it and our choice will have consequences on ourselves. For the past 20 years, 3P Plast has contributed to our future.

3P Plast wide range of ergonomic office chair kits divides into different lines:
- executive line includes extremely elegant pieces specifically designed to guarantee the additional lumbar support and natural sitting position needed to cope with longer hours seated at the office;
- operator line includes comfortable and stable pieces whose adjustment mechanisms makes the movement free and safe giving the user the tranquillity to focus on his task;
- multi-purpose line includes models suitable to be used in community spaces, such as conference rooms, hotels, schools or public buildings;
- work-oriented line articles are specifically designed to be used in technical, educational or work environments.
An office chair kit is a set of components from which a chair can be assembled. Selling office chair kits and components is a flexible strategy which allows us to give you the freedom to choose between different solutions. PLASTIC POLYMER GRANULUES
3P Plast cares much about the importance of the environment in today’s and future’s economy, hence we try to share this goal.
Indeed, our business specializes in the production of plastic material granules as well, obtained by recycling production-industrial scraps and post-consumer packaging, mostly crates, waste containers, bins.
Our range of polymers includes polypropylen (PP) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) exclusively adapted to the injection moulding production.
We can process and adjust properties according to your specific requests, such as melt flow index or color (which we can get by adding the masterbatch).
Stadard colors we make for both PP and HDPE are:
- Black
- Blu
- Brown
- Green
- Grey
- Terracotta
- Wine-red (only for HDPE)
Thanks to our internal laboratory, equiped with instruments for DSC analysis, Izod impact test and spectrophotometry, we keep under controll the materials during every production phese to guarantee you the quality required.
CONSTRUCTION PLASTIC SYSTEMS
KAPPAX, K-DUE and PLASTY GREEN, three construction systems of 3P Plast, with different applications, but with the same innovation, practicality and cheapness.
KAPPAX
new formwork system for creating ventilation spaces as an alternative to gravel and brickwork, a more viable option from a technical and economical point of view for civil, industrial, public buildings and sports centres.
Furthermore, the system is ideal for the distribution of technological systems and plants under tile.
The use of the Kappax system in infrastructures lets you cast monolithic foundations in one go, to create a solid structure with notable savings in terms of concrete. Monolithic ventilated foundations are very stable and lightweight, reducing the weight bearing on the ground and the mass on which a seismic event will act.
The system is particularly effective to:
- Preventing the build-up of radon gas and damp thanks to its ventilation spaces.
- favour natural thermo-regulation thanks to the air space which, in contact with the ground, has a higher temperature than the surrounding atmosphere in winter and a lower temperature than the same in summer.
K-DUE
this system has the same advantages of the normal kappax, such as prevention of gas radon or damp rising. Moreover, it is possible to create ventilated crawl spaces by raising the kappax on plastic recycled pipes.
The formwork system is ideal for the creation of concrete structures, raised grounds, and in particolar for building water concrete tanks.
PLASTY GREEN
The 3P Plast grids made of high-density polyethylene are ideal for reinforcing and protecting grassed surfaces for vehicular applications while maintaining a green area.
This application, with grass plants growing uniformly through the mesh, is simple to install and lightweight, despite the fact that they can support a working load of 118 tons/sq.m. Furthermore, the system isn’t affected by thermal shock from icing and thawing.
