A historical Distillery, located in the North-East of Italy, in Friuli.
It was founded by Bepi Tosolini in 1943, during the Second World War, when Bepi Tosolini - as a Grappa producer - decided to create his first Distillery. Respect, good will and honesty have helped Bepi to grow the dream of a large family, which today reaches its third generation: the grandchildren Giuseppe, Bruno and Lisa work together in the distillery following the same philosophy to preserve this ancient tradition.
Our production, all based on 100% grape alcohol, is divided into 3 categories: grappa, spirits, and liqueurs. The craftsmanship of production guarantees a very high level of quality.

SALIZA liquor Amaretto

A true almond distillate and a unique recipe without colourings and artificial aromas created by master distiller Bepi Tosolini. A delightful lightness and intense yet elegant marzipan flavour with a caramellized nut note in the end.
TASTING NOTE :
a refined almond distillate, harmonious, natural and incredibly balanced. Warm and enveloping notes of honey and candied apricot. A beautiful nose of freshly ground almonds, toffee and orange peel. Light, delicious and rounded on the palate with a fresh almond sweetness that leads to a long, candied finish. Silky and velvety.

Gin T

To make this delightfully Italian Gin, Tosolini Family dusted off an old family recipe. Tosolini Distillery renowned for the production of the Italian MOST® opted to base the Gin on fermented grape spirit rather than the more usual grain spirit. GIN T 100% artisanal craft gin uses carefully selected botanicals including the Juniper from the Adriatic coast and Moscato grapes, for the unmistakable Italian touch. Alcohol reduction with pure Friulian Alps water.
BOTANICALS :
Blend of selected Premium botanicals: Friulian Juniper berries, Moscato grapes, Coriander seeds, Angelica roots, Macis flowers, Vanilla bourbon pods and sweet orange peels.
DISTILLATION:
Single batch distillation in artisanal botanic al still dated 1955.
TASTING NOTE:
Subdued piney juniper and black pepper with delicate candied ginger, sage, lemon zest and faint citrusness. Dry and superbly clean with piney juniper and enlivening black pepper spice to the fore, with supporting complex herbal spice and distinct fresh rosemary. Being based on fermented grape rather than grain neutral spirit, this adds body and faint sweetness to this classically styled yet subtly herbal dry gin.
COCKTAILS:
Perfect chilled or mixed in cocktails, for your ideal "Gin tonic" with Mediterranean tonic water. Better in a dry Martini Cocktail.

GRAPPA SMOKED BARRIQUE

GRAPPA SMOKED, a noble blend of selected Friulian red grapes, aged in French oak barriques, inside the traditional cellars of the Tosolini Family. The oak c asks have gone through a toasting process with "Kentucky" tobacco leaves,
original Italian Quality, for a deep and intense smoked Grappa.

Traditional, manually-operated steam pot stills.
TASTING NOTE:
The peated taste, not too alcoholic,reminds a lot of a single malt
aged whiskey, with harmonious spicy notes with a light smoke finish.

GRAPPA I LEGNI ROVERE BARRIQUE

The LEGNI ROVERE are a noble and selected spirits aged in barriques in
the cellar of Bepi Tosolini. A refined combination of flavors and fragrances,
where the grappa enhances the warm tones and vanilla perfumed notes
with a light amber color, prerogative of oak wood D’Allier. Spirits of great personalities that are enhanced by the aromas and flavors of the chocolate, and become an experience of intense pleasure, combined with your favorite cigar.
GRAPE VARIETY :
Fresh pomace of Cabernet, Merlot, Refosco, Friulano and Moscato grapes.
ARTISANAL DISTILLATION:
traditional, manually-operated, bain-marie stills
AGING:
12 months oak barrique and barrels
TASTING NOTE :
elegant bouquet with enticing scents of chocolate, roasted nuts and vanilla components. Velvety and persistent on the palate.
