PIR.SA.FA. guarantees customised services for the products it manufactures through its equipment for hot moulds and pad printing.
The professional approach, reliability and expertise of the company are the culmination of three generations of experience passed down from 1958 to present day.
From the 1980s onwards, PIR.SA.FA. strengthened its image, expanding business to the international market. It can now fulfil any requirement, from the production of a vast range of articles to research and marketing of all types of accessories.

SIZE MARKERS STANDARD WITH HOT PRINTING
The size markers are available in 80 colours (see the Plastic colour range page), with pad printing (up to three different colours on each size marker) and hot printing, with a variety of customisation possibilities.
We can produce our standard article size markers in a two-colour version. By combining two colours (see the Plastic colour range page), each individual size marker produced is unique. They are all different because the mix is random, meaning that there may even be ones in a single solid colour.
Size marker STANDARD art. - dimensions: height mm 8.19, ø mm 12.4, guaranteed for hooks from ø 2.7 to ø 3.6 maximum.
Packs of 1000 pieces in plastic bags containing 20,000 pieces.
For sizes with colours/printing that differ from this list and therefore, for special requests, minimum 20,000 pieces per size.
The following print colours are available on request in addition to black and white:
pad printing: a variety of colours with the option of 3 prints of different colours on the same size marker;
hot printing: white, black, pastel colours, gold, silver and bright colours; this kind of printing is made by a hot imprint of a film on the size marker. The three prints, therefore, differ from one another due to the tapered shape of the piece. this in a non-contestable feature.
Possibility for customisation or addition of the wording MADE IN ITALY.
Any other size marker not included in the list can be manufactured.

ROUNDED SQUARE MARKER WITH HOT STAMPING
The new rounded square marker is available in 80 plastic colours and only with hot stamping.
A single colour of printing on each side of the marker, therefore there is the possibility of having also 4 different colors between them.
Certified plastic for food: PE.
Foils used: white, black, pastel colours, gold, silver and bright colours; this kind of printing is made by a hot imprint of a film on the size marker. The four prints, therefore, differ from one another due to the shape of the piece. This in a non-contestable feature.

CROSSOVER CLIP FOR CLOTHING PATENTED
A new article manufactured by us (PAT.MOD. PIR.SA.FA.) entirely in plastic as an alternative to traditional steel or nickel-plated brass/iron. It is the first plastic semi-cylindrical crossover clip, with the following characteristics:
Dimensions and shape: see photo and technical drawing.
Material: polycarbonate.
Colour of plastic: varied (neutral, single-colour and transparent) to match the fabric, with silver, gold, copper etc. effect.
100% nickel-free and therefore, no adverse effects for health (allergies from contact with nickel, etc.) and no risk of “rusting”.
The materials used (first-rate and certified for food use) and the production system comply with legal requirements for the environment and the plastic is recyclable.
Extra-smooth outline with no rough edges, thus no risk of snagging. Depending on which way round it is turned, it can be used for both heavy and lightweight fabrics.
The breaking point of this clip is lower than that of a mm mm metal clip.
The strength of plastic cannot be compared with that of metal, but it is extremely functional and has an excellent grip for the use for which it was conceived.

The latest-generation one-piece version of seals guarantees excellent quality, exceptional grip and durability. The security aspect is guaranteed in all formats. If tampered with or forced, our seal tags cannot be reused.
