CN Continental is a company based in Tortona, Italy, which has been operating for over 30 years in the plastics processing sector.
Situated in a logistically advantageous position, its production facilities are located in two plants which cover a total area of 35000 sqm dedicated to production, offices, warehouses and loading area.
CN Continental was founded in the 1980s by Paolo Bisio and is currently managed by the second generation, Pierluigi, Patrizia and Giovanni. The family business has become a leader in the plastics processing sector thanks to injection and blow moulding technology. It is well-known by large scale retail traders, key wholesalers, importers and experts of the sector.
Historically, CN Continental is specialized in producing camping products, specifically ice packs and cool boxes, gardening products and plastic garden furniture which it produces and sells in its own name both nationally and internationally, in Europe and as far away as Australia, South Africa and the Americas.
The company is also dedicated to the production of technical articles and components in plastic, specifically jerry cans and tanks. The experience gained over the years has allowed CN Continental to collaborate with companies and multinationals to produce technical articles and components for the automobile and white goods industry and they are also used in a wide range of other sectors.
The driving force of CN Continental is the ability to allow customers to transform ideas into reality. The customer is supported from the design stage right through to the finalization of the plastic products.

T500 ICE PACK
This is an high-density polyethylene ice pack. Its function is to cool and preserve food and drink. Our Frizet ice packs are available in 6 models of different sizes, in a single or double pack: T200, T350, T500, T1000, TL6, TBF, wrapped in a heat-shrink film. They are made with non-toxic materials and according to art. 17 of EC regulation n°. 1935/2004 concerning the principle of traceability.
Ice packs can be customised not only in terms of labelling and colour; it is also possible to modify the superimposed graphics.
GELO T28 COOLERBOX
The thermal seal is guaranteed by a sheath of expanded polystyrene, which provides full insulation for the content. Not only the main body, but also the corners, base and lid are perfectly insulated, ensuring a high level of thermal stability. We produce them both passive and electric. The 12 V or 220 V power supply can come from a car cigarette lighter or from the mains. We have different types of cooler boxes, designed to satisfy the need of partners. Available different models: T18, T28, T25, T40, T30 and T20.
SELF 24 JERRY CANS
Made by blow moulding technology to produce sturdy versatile containers for liquids. The Self 24 jerry cans are the only ones on the market with a measuring gauge to visually control the quantity of the content and they are a valid alternative to metal petrol cans. Light and safe, they are provided complete with a one-way spout, essential when pouring fuel into the tank. A complementary funnel made from polyethylene can be connected to the spout supplied with the cans. Available different sizes: 5L, 10L and 20L.
UMBRELLA BASE 242
Umbrella bases are made from high density polyethylene to ensure top-level mechanical strength and resistance against atmospheric agents. Our bases are compatible with poles having diameters between 18 and 70 mm. We produce a lot of models, all customizable in terms of color according to the customer’s request. The tube seat is threaded and not fixed to the base using the classic bayonet system. Screwed to the base it guarantees greater stability. Our models are: 170, 240, 242, 243, 244, 245 with side wheel and 270.

Cooler bucket with 3 ice packs inside.
