Zicaffè S.p.A is a Sicilian coffee roasting company located in Marsala and founded in 1929.
Zicaffè imports the best green coffee beans directly from the producing countries. The roasting, blending and grinding techniques are the result of more than 80 years of experience.
The entire production cycle is managed using advanced technology and is fully computer-controlled. Quality, experience and innovation are combined to make excellent coffee. As a result, two of Zicaffè's blends - called Cinquantenario and Crema in Tazza Superiore - have won certification from the Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano.
Zicaffè produces a wide range of blends, both in beans and ground, decaffeinated and non-decaffeinated; the coffee is packaged in different sizes for the Horeca channel, Retail, capsules and pods for automated coffee machines.
Since 1980, Zicaffè has been exporting to more than 40 countries, from America to China. The foreign partners are constantly supported in distribution and are also given advice on the presentation of the coffees.
