PROECO is an Italian Multidisciplinary Engineering, Project Management Company, Procurement Services Provider with extensive international experience,founded in July 2001, operating in the Oil & Gas (Onshore and Offshore), Chemical, Petrochemical, Power, Environmental and Renewable Energies sectors.
Its services range from Pre-Feasibility studies (Concept Selection), Basic/FEED studies (Concept Definition), Detail Design (Execution) and Construction, with on-site assistance during commissioning and start-up phases.
PROECO's Headquarters are located in Forlì, with operating offices in Rome, Milan, Vibo Valentia, Gela and Taranto.
Since March 2024, PROECO has been part of the French Group PARLYM (with a turnover of 250M€,1500 employees, active presence in 45 countries), thanks to which PROECO can expand its operations in the EPC area.
In December 2025, PROECO finalized the acquisition of TEA Sistemi S.p.A., a Company with considerable experience in the field of Flow Assurance and Technical Safety.
