RUBBI S.R.L.

PRECISION MECHANICAL STRUCTURAL WORK AND MACHINING.

The company has been operating since 1957 in the jobbing production of precision mechanical carpentry parts for many industrial sectors. A modern and complete system of machines as well as highly specialised staff enable us to independently tackle the manufacturing of complex assemblies with an optimum quality standard, reproducible for every single piece. Recently, we have installed a fibre laser-cutting system for the fully-automated production of pipes, tubes and plates with particularly high-performing fields of work for even more attractive production costs for the manufacturing industry. An advanced management system allows us to control the entire production process: from the analyis of the request, to the planning of orders with related control over the production time in the various departments, to cutting with stock removal as well as the implementation of surface finishing treatments. Competence, despatch reliability and competitive pricing are the distinctive features of the company, recognised by the clients, by which Rubbi Carpenteria Meccanica is considered a strategic partner rather than simply a supplier. According to the client requests, the company can manage small and large batch quantities, scheduled and continuous series with delivery flexibility defined by supply contracts.

Rubbi Srl - Precision mechanical structural work and machining

Rubbi Srl - Company Profile

TUBE, TUBULAR AND SHEET METAL LASER-CUTTING

Possibility of full sheet metal machining, round, square, rectangular and oval tubes. The fibre laser source cuts iron, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper.

HIGH-DEFINITION SHEET METAL PLASMA-CUTTING

Peerless fast, precision cutting of sheet metal, including thick sheet metal, without flashes.
We can machine steel sheet metal up to 25 mm thick in a dynamic, flexible way.

CNC DRILLING, MILLING AND TURNING
Our work centres perform a variety of processes, enabling us to produce components for complex assemblies, or machine those parts that require removals even after welding.

The processes we provide:
• turning
• milling
• boring
• drilling
• tapping

CONTRACT CNC TUBE AND TUBULAR BENDING
Our numerical control machines can bend tubes up to 60 mm in diameter made from:
• iron
• stainless steel
• aluminium

Items can be supplied machined or composite, welded and finished.

ROBOTISED OR MANUAL WELDING
We are equipped to weld iron and stainless steel with the following techniques:
• consumable wire electrode (MIG/MAG)
• non-consumable electrode (TIG)

Our operators are highly qualified and attentive to the cleaning and verification of welding beads.
For particularly high productions, we use two robotised rotating benchtop welding stations.

FINISHES AND SURFACE TREATMENTS
Depending on the type of application and whether the item requires it, we work with our production partners to monitor and perform all the surface treatments and finishes that concern the exterior appearance or finish.

Services provided:
• galvanizing
• painting
• chromium-plating
• polishing, silking, buffing

ASSEMBLY AND PRE-ASSEMBLY OPERATIONS
We can assemble commercial components on the metal structural work we produce and perform minor pre-assembly operations, when requested by the client.
In certain contexts, these tasks optimise final costs because they reduce handling times (cost-effective production).

PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT FOR FUTURE PRODUCTION
Following specific agreements based on the supply of production batches, we can plan, design, develop and make prototypes and help the customer throughout the technical verifications, feasibility analysis using industrial criteria, income statement, to final industrialisation.
