Casale s.s.” is a familiar company cultivating on about ha.7 the 2 typical vinyards from Tuscany Sangiovese and Trebbiano with the ancient and ancestral methods of biodynamic agriculture from which they get the wonderful biodynamic Wines of “Sangiovese IGT”, “ Chianti DOC&DOCG”, “Trebbiano IGT” and “Classical-Method Millesimé Trebbiano”; and on other ha.3 with the same biodynamic methods olive trees for a delicate EVO-Oil .

With Chianti vineyard they produce also some Spirits like Grappa and a Balsamic-Condiment
